Dropped by during Easter, lovely old couple owners and I’m surprised most of their items are home-made after speaking to the owners! It can get busy at times but the food is very fresh and top notch!
The shop is obviously a bit old but given the quality of the food and very affordable price, i think the 5 stars are well deserved!
First time ordering from here.we were craving some good fish and chips and were not disappointed.we all commented on how nice everything was.chips scallops calamari and fish cocktails..

For the first time, I saw sweet potato chips and I got some with grilled barramand. It was delicious so when I crave for that I go to Angie’s and take away.
They have two tables outdoor that you can have there or rest while waiting.
Bought seafood basket, small chips, spring roll and crab stick. Food was burnt not to what I usually get from them, partner hardly touched the seafood basket, turned off her food.
Excellent chips which had lots of good chicken salt. Battered fish was succulent and delicious with good batter. $15 for two fish and chip packs. Excellent value.
Ngl I thought asain maybe dodgy seafood. Gave them a try and damn new fav in oak flats. Down for work and tried every other takeaway this one takes home the cup

Fish to die for best around, everything tastes great and especially great price, yum 😋
I wouldn’t give them a high score for presentation, but it was the best fish ‘n chips I’ve had in the Illawarra.
