Pros: cheap, fresh, friendly, fast
Cons: taste is nothing to brag about
The place is good to cure your seafood cravings. I had the battered fish, crisp, juicy and fresh.
The fires were crisp and topped with chicken salt. An extra buck for tartar sauce was worth it.
The worst service ever. Plus you pay $11 for fish n chips but they go STINGY on the chips. The portion isnt enuff for A SINGLE PERSON. Come on guys, you charging so much but the portion size needs to be changed. NEVER COMING back!
Bought the seafood market combo today. The display picture clearly showed tartar sauce, but when I opened my meal there was none included. I went back to ask, only to be told I had to pay $1.50 extra. I even showed the picture, but the staff insisted it wasn’t mentioned. Very disappointing and misleading advertising.
I just bought a fish and chips.
I went to eat ,the fish smell bad and not well cooked.
I back to show them the fish,the girl over there so rude no costumers services .
I was talking to her but she start talking to her colleague different language and ignored me.
I left the food there and she start shooting on me that i don’t have manners but she do.
Just bad afternoon experience i pay money to be bad treated.
The food is really outstanding! Every meal we had was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. I really suggest the salmon meal and fish cocktail.
FEW DAYS AGO I ordered artificial crab sticks and shrimp. After eating the crab sticks, I discovered the shrimp was spoiled. I went to exchange it, but they said they couldn’t exchange it since I had already eaten it. It’s really rubbish. But my review doesn’t seem to affect them because it’s a store in a shopping mall. I regret not immediately filing a complaint with the relevant authorities. They even have many boxes left over and are still selling them. They have absolutely no sense of ethics.
There was a bad taste to the chips. It really tastes like the oil had degraded and wasn’t changed. The fish I got was reasonable but there was just a cloying taste of oil. They don’t fry it fresh for you, everything has been sitting in the bain marie so it just tastes mushy.
Bought a calamari box this morning and thought it was so nice of the staff to add some extra protein (a blatantly OBVIOUS DEAD ROACH SMACK BANG ON THE LEMON) to the box. I only saw it when I drove home and opened it so the whole thing went in the trash. Service was nice but just wished I got only what I paid for.
