Not happy at all with the quality of food given today. Fish tasted like it was recooked from yesterday. Not worth the money I spent. They’re a hit and miss and today was a bit of a miss. Customer service was good though. But won’t be going back.
So it’s a smart idea to write on the screens how many grams of chips you’ll receive per $ mark but only if you intent on giving the correct amount listed. I purchased $5 worth of chips which is stated to be 800g worth yet after I get home with a pathetic portion of chip I weighed them at just under 550g (including wrapping weight) which correct me if I’m wrong but that’s a couple hundred grams short. Don’t go here, avoid if possible they will rip you off.
The worst fish and chips (bread crumb cod) I have had in many years. The fish was tasteless, only warm, the oil used tasted burnt, the chips were dry and horrible, tasted like that they were reheated.
VERY BAD DINING EXPERIENCE. I threw away the food.
very nice food here. the girls that work here are so friendly and lovely. definitely will be coming back. I’ve read some of the reviews on here and some of yall need to go back to school and get some common sense 🤣🤣 yall do realise that when you deep fry food it becomes lighter right ? 🤣 get your facts right before you slander a small business!!!
The lack of common sense these people leave in these reviews is crazy. People out here trying to make a living for themselves and yet you’re bashing a small business assuming they’re ripping you off but will go to the Ekka or other food venues who triple there prices & not say none about it. Other times it’s about a simple mistake, mistakes happen from time to time give them some grace. Food service is great here though.
Food was absolutely disgusting
Oily soggy and burnt and where was the fish I have had hoki many times this
Was thin like there was none and very dry you ruined good food sort your kitchen out
Also update menu online I was assuming my order was 52$ from the menu and I was charged $77 wth
Placed an order almost $200 worth of food to feed an army In meals that should have come with drinks which they didn’t 7 600 ml bottles didn’t come with the order . Tried calling store a few times and no answer – food was not the best either will never buy here again .
