I’ve never tried the chicken but the fish and chips are a great deal. Get the combo! Chips are always very tasty and I get the fish grilled – they always do a great job. Sometimes a wait if it’s busy time. Not atmospheric for eating in – definitely a take out
Fantastic take-away. This fish, chicken and chip shop never fails to impress. The food is top notch (best chips I’ve had for years, great chicken, and delicious burgers) and presented well and in good sized portions. The service is always good, no matter if the owners or young staff take your order, they all do a great job and do it with a friendly attitude as well. The premises are very clean with a no-nonsense atmosphere and the menu has enough choices to satisfy your take-away hunger. No hesitation in giving five stars 😀
Use to be great sadly after tonight we won’t be going back! Fish was not cod it was horrible. Kids even new it wasn’t the same less seasoning on the chips burger wasn’t great! There was a price rise which I can understand. But won’t pay more when it’s gone down hill. I always told people it’s the best fishn chips in ipswich but not anymore! 😞Wednesday 24th August 2022.
Chicken fillet burger combo ($12) was pretty good, service average, nice atmosphere. Very limited parking
Chips were awesome, cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside soft & fluffy on the inside, owners were awesome & super friendly, they were just closing up when I got there so I thought I was too late but nope the owner happily reopened and took my order and cooked my feed to perfection, will be back 💜

Fish and chips, and fish burger were very nice. Cod piece was an excellent size and well battered. Fish burger was tasty. Chicken burgers and pieces are also available. Couple of tables to eat at. Definitely recommend for a ‘fish and chips’ takeaway.

food is top notch always a ten when it comes to their food
however on their website all chicken meals stated with chips i placed an order through the website 5 pieces of chicken with chips as it states on their website got to the store they didn’t receive the order that’s fine i can wait on top of that i was told my order does not come with chips told the lady i understand how ever i paid for chicken and chips through the website and she was not going to give it kept saying it’s wrong it’s a mistake i told her that is not my mistake that’s your websites mistake i paid for 5 pieces of chicken n chips and that’s what i expect to receive
suggestion to the boss or own or who ever is in charge of website make sure your online menu is matching your menu in store if it states it come with say drinks or chips specify the size of drink or chips so there isnt any confusion and customers won’t feel as though they have to argue for what they paid for
