Absolutely amazing experience at George’s Grill! The fish and chips were out of this world — crispy, golden batter with perfectly tender fish inside. The Greek salad was incredibly fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor, with the perfect balance of tangy feta and crisp veggies. The portions were generous and everything tasted homemade and authentic. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a cozy and delicious meal. We left with happy hearts and full bellies. Highly recommend George’s Grill — a definite 5-star gem!
The food here is always fresh. Love the Greek salad (very fresh too). Little bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend this place 9/10.
Ordered the marinara pasta and it didn’t taste right at all. It had a weird smell and the seafood tasted off. I couldn’t even eat 2 bites of it. The coconut rice pudding was amazing but the marinara pasta was absolutely awful and I really think the seafood was off.

On top of the great food, the service was excellent—our meal came out surprisingly quick. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for quality and value. We’ll be back!
Been going for 4yrs atleast & they never fail to impress. Food is so fresh and cooked to perfection. The Octopus 🐙 is the BEST in Brisbane. But I have to warn you….try it and you’ll be addicted cause it taste that good. Oysters very fresh and under $30 /doz…
Twice in a row they missed complete item off my order. Only ordered 2 items. 50% missing. Seafood salad arrived . Warm. Not cool warm. Did not eat. Such a shame as the fish and chips are usually ok.
Moved to the area last year and have been getting this almost every week since. Consistently great food, generous portions, and friendly service. The fish and chips are always fresh and well cooked.
