We ordered here over the phone and our order for 6 was ready in 15minutes. Very quick. The Cod pieces were on the large scale and $7 chips easily fed 6 people. Will definitely be buying from them again for a quick, cheap fish and chip meal. Servers were slightly hard to understand but that is part of Australian culture. Very reasonably priced.
Very good little place. Fast, friendly and well priced. Everything was cooked in clean fresh oil, the chips were nice thick cut chips that didn’t look or taste like from the freezer. The fish was fresh and coated in a good homemade batter, not over cooked like most places. Burger was home made With fresh salad. Look forward to returning
I’ve been here several times and have not ordered the same thing as there are variety to choose from. My fave are their home made pineapple fritters, potato scallops, the fish and chips ( of course ). What I like also is you can see everything you ordered being cook, the place is clean and food is always fresh. The staff are friendly. There’s plenty of parking
The people from Wynnum Facebook group recommended this place as one of the best seafood place in the area, and they were right!
The chips are the proper thick chips that you get from fish and chips stores, the fish and crumbed seafood is delicious!!
The crumb they used have a nice seasoning and flavour to it and different from other places I been to.
The lovely people that works there are very friendly!
The prices are very affordable as well.
This place now has become my favourite place to go for seafood!

Service was great and my order was ready within 10 mins. I ordered the basket for 1 which was good value and contained a variety of items including a good sized pot of tartare sauce and a small lemon wedge.
The seafood was crumbed/battered and well cooked but a little bland although the cod was good. The potato scallop was more heavily battered than I prefer and chips were ordinary.
Next time I might just get cod and chips which they do for a good price.
Great value, old school fish and chips. Potato scallops are as good as you’ll get anywhere! Great fish. Fast and friendly. No frills, just fantastic food!!
Service was great, fish quality and cooking was below average, maybe I’m spoiled by some of Brisbane’s best fish shops, I expected great fish because of the size of the shop. If you’re not fussy this will do just fine, I’ve sampled much worse!
Bought chips and chiko rolls tonight, for the first time it tasted like the oil was old, the taste had gone through the chips and chiko rolls, not nice, we have been many times before, and it was always good with the chips and burgers, but today it was not good, please change the oil….
