Fine fish and chips! Simple, straightforward and what you’d expect. Nice clean store with your standard takeaway options.
Nice to see that they have freebies if it’s your birthday and the prices are pretty standard.
Popular with locals but they do a good job turning the orders around quickly but would probably worth phoning in to order.
I am a fussy eater. I stress on the fussy. Picky as! I’ve only ever like 2 pieces of fish in my life… 1 in my Scottish chippy and here. This is a really good wee place. The staff are lovely and full up your chip poke. The butterfish is delicious. Hot dog is loaded to the max. My partner says – try the wee chilly squid. They are delicious also. Infact, we are on our way there right now because it’s so yummy . 😋
Don’t be fooled by the reviews!! Well over priced . The apple juice in the fridge is currently out of date!!

First and last time.
This was horrible the fish was slimy and not cocked properly it was falling apart the chips where soggy and had no salt when I asked for some the calamari was only just cooked such a waist of 40 bucks
Chips were ok, batter was not cooked thoroughly, seafood didn’t taste fresh and they forgot he salt

Now, the dear young lady put the fish, chips then banana fritter in the oil let it sort of cook for five mins then straight out and into the wrapping paper ! I had sufficient oil top do two oil changes on my motorcycle, and the indigestion was horrific. Soggy chips, crap batter and the absolute last time i will ever walk in your door, boy have you guys gone downhill ! AVOID THIS FISH SHOP AT ALL COSTS !
