Ordered qtr hot pack with thigh part of chicken, combo yiros and small chips…when arriving for pick up, reiterated about chicken being thigh, told,all good, as ordered.Get home and not thigh but breast and smothered in gravy. Combo yiros was beyond average and could’ve fit small chips, which were undercooked, in a coffee cup. Take the extra 4 minutes and go to original charcoal chicken on tapleys hill rd.
Love the burgers here but showed up at 7:50, 25 minutes before closing and got turned away as they had shut the doors. If your going to post business hours, stick to them.
Our 5th recent visit and we usually get two chickens, medium chips, dim sims, a chiko roll or a spring roll.
The chicken and chips has always been freshly cooked and tasty, which is the main reason why we visit. They do over cook their dim sims, chiko rolls, and spring rolls, so if that isn’t your thing, maybe ask them hold back a bit.
The service is always fast and friendly.
Ummmm Large chips??? Small brown box!!! I thought large would feed more than 1 person!! $14 worth! Don’t waste your time
We are local and like to support the local businesses. After many disappointing visits, and wrong orders tonight is the last straw.
Ordered via uber tonight, two chicken snitzel salad packs. When we received them they were lathered with gravy! Who puts gravy on salads? There was no mention of gravy in the selection or the photo. It was inedible!!!!
No more chances…. will not be back and definitely do not recommend!

Staff are friendly, shop is clean. Chips are consistently good with very generous portions. Grilled chicken burger is delicious.
