New management were rude and spoke horribly to their staff. Food quality is nowhere near the same as it used to be when previous owners ran the shop. Even for a quick stop for a morning coffee is no longer a friendly experience with cold owners barely even greeting you. Staff heavily underpaid and treated like servants. The only positive of this place is one lady who worked there, she would always greet with a smile and was incredibly friendly. She was efficient and definitely knew what she was doing in comparison to her management. Haven’t seen her in while but you owners have lost a good employee.
Will never be coming back. You can get better food for the same price, if not cheaper. Save yourself the bad experience and eat elsewhere.
The fish was rock hard could not even pull it apart , will never go back. The store needs a deep clean .
Very friendly lady serving, only wanted some potato cakes, and as she didn’t have enough in the bay maree, she didn’t hesitate to put on the full amount I was after so I could have them all fresh. Cooked to perfection 😍 definitely going back to try their other options, like Chicken and Gravy rolls fresh sandwiches, as well as all the other standard take away foods.
My meal from here represented ok value for money – chips, fish, dimsim and a potato cake for $15. It would have been 5 star if the meal had been freshly cooked rather than pre-cooked and kept warm under lights. For this reason alone I would probably choose to go elsewhere next time.
where to begin, the food was so bad, just dry fish n chips. the oil the fish was fried in was old, it was over salted also, the chips were soggy and even the chicken salt was old somehow. the salad was just some veg with some sort of dressing drizzled over it.
i went on to get gastro from their food and be left with abdominal pains for a day after eating it. it’s worth the extra delivery money or 5-10 minute drive to avoid this place. It was terrible, one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in the 18 years I’ve been alive.
Ordered pack 1 and everything was already made, flake was soggy as it had been sitting between other flakes and steamed, chips were cold, dim Sim also soggy only thing that wasn’t cold or soggy was the potato cake. This cost me $18 will teach me for trying to treat myself to a nice quick lunch. ALDI meals it is!
Battery was strange. Think those fake parmas from frozen aisle.

I ordered the gyros pack and when I said gyro he didn’t even know what i was talking about and then when I showed him what was on the menu for his shop he got confused and finally after roughly 20 seconds after he understood what it meant then he started making the gyro with spam meat unseasoned just salt this is not gyro at all it was that bad that it feels disrecpestful to even name this as gyro and the tzatziki was just a little bit of yoghurt splattered on the side and the bread felt a bit hard and off but the bread had the most flavour compared to the meat do not suggest this place at all that was my first and last time I’m ever going.
