Owner is always flustered and yelling at staff. Fish and chips are ok, not great. Hamburgers are terrible. Battered savs are fantastic and large, although the last time I got one it was off. Won’t be eating from there again
Owner is snappy. Potato cakes inedible as they were soaked through and dripping with oil. The fish was more that awful tasting grey bit than nice white fish.So disappointing. Wont go back.
To the woman who runs this shop during the day. You are amazing. Fast, efficient, and very polite. It was busy as in here today and she was nice to everyone and got everything done. Good on you
There was nothing wrong with the service, the line is always busy, obviously a very popular place. The chips and food is always nice, however, without fail, everytime they have missed part of my order. The food is not cheap and to have this continuously happen is very disappointing and frustrating.
Best prices on fish n chips that i have found from morwell to churchill.
They are always so nice customer service is great.
As for the food my favourite is the souvlakis but everything I’ve brought from there is delicious.

I had a very uncomfortable experience during my visit. The woman who I believe is the owner — middle-aged with dark hair — seemed quite unhappy to be serving customers. From the moment I walked in, her tone and attitude felt cold and unwelcoming. There was no greeting, and the interaction felt rushed and dismissive, which left me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I really value respectful service, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. I hope this feedback helps improve the lady’s behaviour moving forward.
