Great quick stop for chicken, chips or all the other fried bits. Had the chips, kids nuggets and chips and the chicken schnitzel burger which was bigger than most.
The chips were hot and crispy and the staff were quick to help out with the sauce.
Quick stop, simple eats and outdoor seating under cover if you need a place to plop.
I visited this place on Tuesday around lunchtime, craving crispy fried chicken. They had some available, but it didn’t look appetizing, so I asked the server if she could give me freshly fried pieces. She confirmed she could, and I went ahead and paid. However, when the food was served, another staff member handed me old, soggy fried chicken instead. I pointed out that I had specifically asked for fresh ones, but she told me this was all they had. I was left with no choice, having already paid $23 for four pieces. It was incredibly disappointing, and despite their chips being good, I won’t be returning.
Such a great idea for choosing this chicken shop after coming down from Mount Buller. The chicken is so yummy 😋 chicken burger with spicy mayo is so delicious. We also ordered sweet potato wedges, waffle fries, chips with chicken salt, southern chicken drumsticks are also tasty. 🤤 not much photos because we ate so fast, lol! we’ll definitely come again when visiting Mansfield.
Came up here to go camping but honestly this chicken changed my life, never have I ever had a quarter chicken with chips and gravey that tasted so good, never. And washed it down with another perfectly curated iced slushy. Staff were super nice, definitely making the chicken woth luv. 12/10 best chicken of ny life

Unfortunately Carolines food quality has decreased. The battered fish was rubbery/greasy and chips nothing special, bit frustrating when you pay top $$. Better off going to the takeaway shop near the main roundabout.
Caroline is the absolute best lady hands down her food is amazing the service was incredible she’s so good with kids and catered for all our needs we had a big group of people and she put extra tables out for us and we all sat inside and had dinner honestly the best service here and her young apprentice Maddy made our burgers with absolute love sauce was amazing and tasty 11/10
You come here for the chicken burger 🍔 . The chips are also crunchy as well.
It was a bit noisy though. 😔
