Very bad coffee and hot chocolate.
Cold chicken sticks and everything is either luke warm or cold..
Gravy is like water and has no flavour
Chips are soggy and not seasoned.
They put GREEN tomato slice into a burger without any beetroot and tiny bit of lettuce.
Low quality food charged at full price.
Only come here when there is nothing around

Tried their Serious Steak Burger Combo yesterday. Very disappointed. Definitely not worth $22.00. There weren’t that many chips and they were soggy, the burger was very mediocre and they forgot to add the BBQ sauce.
Food is average, coffee is terrible although service is always very friendly. Pasta salad is extremely bland with no flavour.
I absolutely love the food here!! Gives me nostalgia. This place reminds me of the days when I was a kid and Id go for a swim at the local beach and have my takeaway by the water. I really love the chicken salt they use there too. So full of flavour. Food is always made fresh and they provide great customer service. Always cheerful and smiling. My fav order is the Portuguese chicken burger 😋👌

Stopped by Austral Burger Grill and was pleasantly surprised. The place is neat, tidy, and welcoming , you can tell they put effort into keeping it clean and organized. The service was quick and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even better.
