Well, it’s lunchtime and I called into Beresfield FISH & CHIPPERY I ordered an Aussie burger. It was quite large and really nice. It was well put together and tasted great. I like the meat on the burger it had a nice taste to it. The service was great and I sat down inside the shop and ate it. I’d like to thank the staff for making such a nice burger. I would recommend the Aussie burger. They also have chips and fish which I had some later on and they were quite nice from michael.

Some of the nicest and most lovely people you are every going to meet in life. And the fish & chips are great, but the boss burger takes the cake.
Good food, good people and a good priced feed. 10/10 give it a go.

This place is perfect for anyone who is trainspotting at the nearby Beresfield Station with the coal trains coming to and fro, only a couple minutes walk, and worth it too, with the quality of the food. I always get the Fish Pack with can drink.
Hand cut chips cooked to perfection with the chicken salt added so it soaks in while you head home. Perfection 👌
This place is basically a Michelin-starred temple of battered joy disguised as a humble chippy. The hand-cut chips? Crispy golden legends that arrive hotter than a steelworks furnace and crunch like they’re auditioning for a ASMR video. The Works Burger? A structural engineering masterpiece — juicy patty, bacon, egg, beetroot, pineapple, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, and that secret sauce magic — it should be in the National Gallery. Staff moved with the speed of caffeinated tradies on smoko. I came for a quick feed and left feeling emotionally nourished (and slightly grease-glazed). 10/10 would sell my dignity for another load of chips and a Works Burger again.
Well worth the drive to visit and have lunch here today ….Fish and chips were very tasty and cooked well also had battered savs and potato scallops which were great… Do yourselves a favour if you love fish and chips and get some soon.
