This place is my go to fish and chipy.
They do such a good job and the food is so good when you may have had a big night and just need something to help sort you out the next day.
Or if you have having some friends over and don’t want to do a cheese board because of say a big night, then they have you covered.

Best takeaway I have had in a long time!
We had the works loaded fries, chicken works burger and chicken deluxe burger and it was absolutely unreal! Best we have ever had, simply could not fault it.
I am genuinely sad I have lived around the corner for 2 years now and not been to this fish and chip shop. We go to the one up the road and this place is 10000 x better!

Kiwi here, who’s been on the hunt for the best fish n chips here in Newcastle for the last 4 years. I’ve tried many recommended and highly rated places, both near and far. This one is the best in Newcastle
For the price was not good and nuggets where over cooked so was the calamari Chips didn’t taste the best only thing was good was the gravy sadly
Old school burger shop, a real tasty burgers that you need 2 hands to hold.
Great selection, reasonable pricing and fresh food fast.
It gets busy around lunch time, you can order ahead , chips are very fresh and crunchy ( servings are large).
I placed an order by phone, very polite and courteous, the grilled fish was lovely however the photo scallops were almost totally batter which was disappointing!
Best snitzels burgers going! Play a big of Pac-Man while you wait in the arcade room!
Stood there for a while, because there was only one staff out front, who was occupied. She had to yell to the two out back to come serve me.
Only ordered 2 battered fish and 4 potato scallops and it was $31!
I do have to say the pieces of fish were a really good size, but let down by the batter which was just too dense.
