A proper Aussie chippy! Best fish and chips for miles around. Chiko rolls, potato scallops, the works. Fresh salads and a wide range of drinks and ice creams and, best of all, genuinely friendly and engaging staff.
Chicken Salt is a local institution and a wonderful locally owned small business. The food’s great, and the people are lovely.

First time here. Friendly service. Fish Burgers and Potato Salad were great. I wish I could give them more stars but the Potato Scallops and the Chips didn’t hit the spot. Reasonably priced.
I’m a loyal customer of your restaurant and have always enjoyed your food. However, this is the second time I’ve received a burger that was badly burnt. I believe it’s important to let you know so you can better maintain the quality of your dishes. I’m sharing this feedback because I truly appreciate your restaurant and hope to see it continue to do well.
This place is like an old fashioned milk bar the best food, hot BBQ chickens crispy chips and seafood and so many delicious salads and great coffee they use campos coffee and the best service !

The Portugese Chicken Burger is amazing! Lovely fresh ingredients, deliciously saucy and a nice hit of spice from the peri peri. Chips are crispy and golden, and the service was friendly and quick.
This family business redefines a take away food bar. They are way more than that. All of them are jovial, responsive and customer orientated. They present a huge variety of choices of hand prepared foods.
Service is brilliant. After seeing how well they run this venue…. I kept coming back every day. Go outside your comfort zone and start up some dialogue with them and they give a whole bunch of love back
