loved this place. Great food. Great value. Outdoors are simple. Dirt road. Trucks enter slowly.
Had a beautiful lunch there today. Fish/chips/scallops all so fresh and cooked to perfection! Really generous serves, so you’ll leave with a full belly. Staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. If you’re looking for great food and a relaxing place to eat, do yourself a favour and eat here. We have had their fresh oysters, prawns and fish on many occasions and they are sensational!
We were up in Taree for a Boat race and we got told about Harrington oysters and seafood so we went for a drive up and got some oysters. That was so nice. The staff was friendly and they have a coffee shop inside as well and place to have meals out on the Veranda. We enjoyed our stay there and I took some oysters home. Thank you to the staff for looking after us and if you’re coming by Harrington calling to the oysters and seafood it is well worth the Stop
After buying our oysters here for years we finally decided to stop and have lunch at Stones and I’m so glad we did. The food was delicious, filling and service was friendly. We had the seafood basket and orange roughy grilled with lemon pepper. Both were tasty and very filling. We will definitely be back to enjoy the river and the food.
Ordered our Christmas seafood (oysters, prawns & snapper) from Stones. All of it was amazing!! So fresh & well packaged. Highly recommend this business😊🎄
Lovely seafood platter, fresh and sweet prawns, great oysters.
Shame we couldn’t take a well behaved dog on the deck in the shade. Was a tad confused whether the fresh food was served from the fried counter or fresh counter. Few minor improvements would have given it a 5/5 all round
Amazing lunch of delicious battered fish and chips, potato scallops and grilled mullet. The ish was succulent and well seasoned. The chips were fresh and crispy and the tartare sauce was creamy and tart .
A nice selection of fresh oysters, prawns, and other seafood, to enjoy cold or cooked. We had platters of oysters natural and prawns. Both were wonderfully fresh and tasty. I topped up with a very generous small serving of hot chips which were perfectly cooked. You can sit out on the verandah and watch the river.
