Love this place. Many locals were there lining up so we thought we needed to try it. Battered fish was great, grilled fish pretty good, chips were nice, octopus was very good, prawns were nice, calamari was just ok (big pieces but frozen and not tasty). Service was great we will definitely be coming back.
Not bad… they have a some package but I believe it’s not packaged because for each item they charge you extra. For example they have salad in package which I choose, but they charge me extra $1.50 because I choose seafood salad😐
Again they charge me $1 extra because for soft drink I choose Fanta 🤔 are you serious???
I would give them 3 star overall. Grilled seafood, don’t disappoint me. Squid and octopus are perfectly cooked. Tender, and you can even cut it with their disposable wooden knife. Barramundi tasted good and marinated great. Chips (French Fries) were not oily at all. Salad is just ordinary, nothing spacial.
When it comes to price. It’s a bit on the high side. Maybe because it’s all Halal Food.
I prefer a bit more spice in the fish. It was decent. They have a good variety of dishes but I did not see the option where I could only order some meat and no fries. There is a lot of seating available in the mall.
The portion is big and they make the food fresh so that is good.
I’ve left my original review below as I used to think highly of this place. My husband and I eat here regularly and have never had a bad experience — until now.
Yesterday, while watching a woman preparing our food (with a bandana wrapped around her head), we saw her sneeze right beside the food. We let that go, but then we noticed her wiping her nose on her sleeve and gloves multiple times — which was revolting.
I politely and quietly asked her to change her gloves, and she flat-out said, “No, I wiped it on my wrist and arm, not the gloves.” I let her know I saw exactly what happened and that it was my food she was preparing, but she still refused and walked off.
I then asked another staff member if we could please have a refund, which led to the original woman coming over and yelling at me, “Are you calling me a liar?” Other customers, who had also witnessed what happened, came over in my defence and confirmed that I was correct. This made her even more angry and she continued to raise her voice at me.
I asked her to stop yelling, explaining that I wasn’t trying to make a scene — I just wanted a refund. It was absolutely appalling, and unfortunately, I will never return after years of being a loyal customer. (The staff here even know my order by heart.)

Honestly one of the best fish and chip places, its always my go to when in stocklands and after all these years it’s still the same smiling workers.

$20.95 for grilled snapper chips salad soft drink. Honestly don’t waste your money the snapper is a pitiful thin piece of rubbish. The laughable Greek salad nothing nicer then spitting out the pips of the salad.
Cant cook a grilled chicken for the life of them took it back to be told yeah the outside is dry but the inside is juicy just for them to recook the chicken but use a load of oil on it so it didnt burn so all i got was oil all threw my food
