Very reasonably priced, warm service and great crunchy chips along with freshly battered fish. Loved it. Is it the best fish and chips we have had in north coast? Probably not but at this price point it’s great value and tasty fish and chips. We tried the seafood basket which had a good variety of fish and whiting and chips which was crunchy, great texture and very tasty. Overall felt it was a great deal and a good find in nambucca heads.
I only walked by today.. But Tasty Tucka Nambucca is great. Lovely fish and a great selection of reasonably priced hamburgers. In the main St. On the right if you are heading north beside the NRMA. You won’t be disappointed if you want very good priced take away.
I’m not one for leaving reviews…… but this was an exception. The pictures speak for themselves. This was from the gourmet burger range not the standard range. Called the ‘New Yorker’.

Such a disappointment!
56 dollars for a sea food basket with barely any chips in it, inedible fish ( rotten taste and a foul smell) and 4 calamari rings.
Very irresponsible to sell food like that!

Absolutely spot on, crispy, hot and fresh. Not to greasy and very tasty. Highly recommend. Was quick to come out after ordering aswell and very reasonably priced. Top notch
I can not rate or review Tasty Tucka. We approached this takeaway, that is in the main street of a tourist destination at 6:50pm. Only to be greeted by a sign telling us they were shut. Not shut, as in the door closed but shut as in not taking orders.
6:50pm in holiday times and daylight savings.
I can understand that people need a work life balance but I watched others walk up and walk away. Multiple orders lost because they close at 7pm during daylight savings in holiday times.
I may be petty but in a holiday area in peak times, most tourists are just getting home and staying to think about eating.
We were coming down from Walcha, heading to Woolgoolga Beach caravan park. We wanted fish and Calamari and a potato scallop. We drove up the main business street eagle eyed. And spotted this shop. We bought a delicious piece of pearl perch, 6 calamari and a beautiful potato scallop. The fish had been freshly crumbed this morning. Calamari freshly crumbed. And we thought the potato scallop, had been home made, it tasted that good. Every thing was lightly salted. With a small piece of lemon. I didn’t think the lemon would be enough. To be honest, the feed tasted so good. It would have got away with no lemon.

Please tell the girl taking orders to stop playing with her hair and face, taking money and then handling food in the display cabinet with no gloves.
Food safety is in need of a shot in the arm.
