I absolutely love there Crumbed fish so fresh, juicy and cooked perfectly especially the Calamari too.. The best seafood I have found in Campbelltown from a Take Away shop.. I actually haven’t tried anything else yet as I just love the seafood..
A good friend of mine loves there burgers, so will need to try one day..
Staff are always happy and friendly with quick service.. Great prices too..
The food I received was correct and warm, however:
1. I was in the shop for 40min. In that time the lady serving had arguments with at least 3 customers over incorrect orders, being overcharged, wait times
2. The staff touch the food without gloves
3. There is no organisation to how they call out orders. People who ordered well before me were still waiting for their orders after I received my food
4. This is the only shop I have visited in the last 3 years that are cash only
I used to visit this shop all the time when the old owners managed it. I would not return in a hurry which is a shame given how few of these kinds of shops still exist.
From a good ol fish n chip shop total crapola!! Scollops paper thin.. chips-YUK.. burgers with meat as thin as a match stick & chicken wings burnt n dry…!! $60 fair these days but the quality 2/10!!! No more Business from us after a good 20 years! Seeya!
Best vegie burger (with vegie pattie, beetroot, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, mayo, onion) and fries in the southwest! Friendly customer service and well priced.
Mixed reviews here but I just wanted to say I found this by chance when I was visiting the pie shop next door.
Orders plain burger, small chips, gravy and scallops.
Was absolutely delicious overall. Burger was decent, chips were old school style that I have been looking for and hard to find especially in MacArthur area!! Chips were so delicious, even after 25min drive home. Scallops were so fresh and quite thick (I didn’t take a photo as I devoured them too quick). Gravy was quite runny so didn’t rate them.
Definitely would be back and hope it’s the same!!!
This place used to be so good. It’s a mixed bag of lollies these days as you don’t know what quality you’re gonna receive. When it’s good .. it’s good unfortunately when it’s bad ..it’s really bad.. there’s no real middle ground. Friday nights always seems to be better quality food for some reason
Got the fish and chips $12 per plate, get one big fillet with average chips. My husband liked the fish, I didnt (to each their own)
Service was fast. Staff were friendly enough. However the food was not good.
The oil they use in their fryers tastes bad, and everything that is fried is soaked in this disgusting oil. Not sure what oil they use but they need to change it. Seems like the temperature of their fryers doesnt get hot enough so everything ends up soaked in oil.’
If you go here do NOT order anything deep fried, which is the majority of their menu.
