Great little traditional small corner fish & chip shop. The seafood basket was so tasty & the deli style hot chips were pretty much perfect. The tartar sauce tub is a bit tiny but.
Amazing burger and chips. We got 36 degrees C at home with aircon being slowly installed. So go for a drive for the cars A/C and ended up here.
Chips were nearly done to perfection and the works burger was a proper works burger. I struggled to smash it.
Staff were friendly and it the store was clean and tidy.

Ordered 2xhamburgers and chips today. Asked for no salt on the hamburgers they came with salt and the meat Patti was sub par. We asked for the chips to be well done with chicken salt because previous orders the chips were soggy. Again we received soggy chips with regular salt. This is the third bad order so we are done.
Just had 12 fish cocktails & large chips between 4 family members, the fish was superb, chips were light and tasty. Would recommend Saltwater Takeaway for your Fish & chip fix.
