Surprisingly good! As a QueeNZlander, you wouldn’t expect a store that doesn’t have ‘fish n chips’ in the name, to be possibly the best fish n chips in Townsville! This is on par with the best I’ve had.
We fed the family for $65. 2 fish burgers, 2 fish, 6 calamari rings, 2 prawn cutlets, 1 scoop of chips. Deep fried to perfection.

Last couple of visits have found the food to be deterioting. Got potatoes scallops and they were so ready had to throw them out. Fish was greasy but burgers were nice. Please drain the fat before wrapping in paper. By the time I got home the fat was coming through the paper. Disgusting
As a local, the fish & chips here are consistently great. The staff are friendly & efficient. Most customers takeaway because honestly there are some beautiful views of the river or parks in Annandale that you’d be missing out on if you ate at the store.
Went in one the 1/1/26 for 2 potato scallops. Got home and they gave me 3! They were perfection. Extremely nice staff and the food never disappoints. Thanks team!
