The food was good and filling.
It hit the spot for the fish and chips craving.
We were here at lunch time, it was a quiet place to sit and eat.
We got deal no. 2 and Deal no. 4 along with pineapple fritters.
This comfortably fed 4 people.
We would eat here again 😊
Great food from here. Usually go out to the creek and eat other there. There is seating at the place. It is a bit dirty and doesn’t seem it gets cleaned very often. The fish and chips is definitely a highlight from this place and tastes fantastic. There isn’t much parking close to the place, but you can just park on the creek. Staff are friendly.
Worst fish and chips we’ve ever had. Disgusting quality, dry ‘old’ fish. Got our order wrong, potato scallops were floppy and undercooked and had a terrible chemical taste. Avoid if you actually want palatable food. Shame on you guys.. youre right on the beach!! Seriously..
I believe that overall this fish and chip shop was very ordinary.
Fish- not great but edible.
Chips- good but not crunchy.
Calamari- Very poor, was extremely tough.
Serving sizes for three people- was pretty good.
Service with a genuine smile. The fish is B.E.A.UTIFUL. Fair prices. Nice location. Easy online ordering option. Fast service. Chips are always yummy. Burgers are swollen. All round great stop for a day out with mates after a kayak on the river.
The tables and seating were very dirty. I bought a family box for $65.90. The calamari was terrible. The fish was good but very oily. There was something that looked like potatoes and it tasted different. It was incredibly bad. It definitely doesn’t deserve the money. I will absolutely never go there again.
Great fish and chip shop for most. But limited gluten free options, chips are cooked in separate fryer but oil is circulated throughout all fryers so is not GF. Grilled fish is available with garden salad.
Definitely no value for money here. Ordered 2 large chips @ $12 a pop. The amount of chips was smaller than my hand. No salt. One very disappointed local who won’t be coming back.
