That’s one huge stack of Prawn Crackers!
Really great value ($12 for a burger, chips (are exceptional) and a can of drink) and the service is super quick as well.
The Honey chicken is to DIE for!!!! So sweet I need to have Prawn crackers to combat the sweetness. One of our family favourites. Love the freshness of the chips friendly environment, with the friendliest staff. Our go to lazy night dinners…
The Asian guy that works there is a legit flop, we come in and ask for fresh honey chicken, we said we are happy to wait 15 minutes for it, we come back and see the Asian guy has packed us stale old honey chicken, I stand there and ask him is this fresh and he won’t even look up at me and goes “yes it is fresh”? This last time we come through the same guy throws a bag at us and expects us to pack our own food ? Appalling service.
So nice to have cod on the menu. Got a no fuss family-bundle and the fish was a generous portion but will ask for extra chips next time. Friday nights always a bit of a wait, very popular.
Ordered 2 cod and chips, I was waiting in store sitting, when I noted the male owner swap over with his wife, I seen that she was wearing a glove, however the male started serving on the till, he was taking orders and handling money, to my horror he then grabbed a plate and with his bare hands picked up 2 pieces of cod, he did not wash his hands, he did not put on a glove and he did not use utensils 😳
This totally put me off going back to this establishment, I know we are rural however health standards must be maintain, no one wants their food to be contaminated before it’s even cooked!!!
This store really needs a refresher course in food handling
