I used to go here all the time. Went in there today and this is what $5 worth of chips got me

$8.00 chips really? And don’t say inflation that is a rip-off at it’s finest. Charlie de cod and the flying fish will give u x3 the amount stop ripping people off especially in a working class neighbourhood
There’s a gorgeous & hard working lady who works here, cooking & serving. She’s a massive asset to this business & is always helpful, friendly & polite. I’m not sure of her name but she’s almost always there, working diligently without complaint. I believe she deserves a raise for her efforts & I would also like to say that this shop has the best chicken, chips & gravy that I’ve ever tasted. Very affordable establishment & extremely clean.
WOW this is what they call $15 hot chips now. this only just served my 3 kids this use to be maybe the size of $10 worth of hot chips they have DRAMATICALLY DROPPED THE SIZE OF HOT CHIPS.. what can’t even feed a family of 4 now without being to pricey
There is a guy who works here who gives me a weird look everytime I come here. It is soo off putting it makes me not want to come back. If he does it again i will personally make sure he cant do it anymore. For someone who would barely be allowed to ride the big boy rides at the theme park he shouldn’t be trying to act tough. Do it again bro i promise it won’t end well
They sell used lighters, over cooked food in the same oil not really cleaned out. Everything is overprice.
Food is average at best. Staff very rude and arrogant.
Purchased a chicken and gravy roll took one bite and through it in the bin! chicken looked and tasted off! and the roll was hard and stale, I ate the chips, but they also tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in 2024 or 2025. I won’t ever be back here, and I think the health inspector should pay them a visit.
