Had a great experience, beef burgers were great. Juicy Lucy and Wembley whopper.

The staff is super friendly, offered the board games and the kids enjoyed the casual dine in experience.

After reading the reviews, I’ve seen some people saying that this place doesn’t meet up to its expectations. But I still decided to come and it was the best decision I’ve made. First time I came here I ordered a double patty chicken burger. Patty was crispy all around. Very big patties too. I decided to come a second time to see if maybe it was just a one time thing so I ordered a beef patty instead and they were delicious. Patty melted in my mouth and the buns were nice and soft. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
From the first bite of the delicious Beef burgers, to the aromas of the wings all mixed with the great atmosphere of Wembley’s owner, I knew I had found a great, passionate burger establishment that has toped all the ones I’ve had this year. 5/5, can’t wait to bring my family here for a generous smorgasbord of choices.
Ordered the two pack combo online, received a confirmation email confirming my pickup time.
Given that I have two toddlers I timed it so I would arrive on time to grab the food once it was ready without having to wait. When I got there I was told their online orders don’t work and they hadn’t got the order and need to make it while I waited. Not even an apology for the inconvenience or the wait.
Also, the two pack combo comes with two sea cods, 8 calamari rings, 2 servings of chips, 2 potato scallops, lemon tartare sauce. Apparently this is “two servings of chips”.
Serving size are smaller then kids meals. The kids meal is made for 2-5 year olds if that. Way over priced for what you get.
I was very pleased with this fish and chips place everything was exceptionally clean. The shop is very hygienic, and the customer service was warm and professional by Mahboba. Highly recommend!
Please employ staff that know what they are doing. I ordered a pizza and have ordered many times before. Usually only takes 15mins. This time it took over half an hour. When i asked the staff what was taking so long they said it was a temprature issue with the oven and burnt the first pizza so they had to make another one. Which is just a poor excuse for not paying attention to what you are doing.
