The service was absolutely wonderful—super friendly and attentive. It’s also incredibly easy to grab a takeaway and head to the beach for a relaxed meal.
A hidden gem worth discovering!
Friendly service on phone and in person, order was ready on time. Unfortunately there was too much salt, and fish and chips overcooked for our taste. Could smell old oil in shop, maybe that was the problem? Good size serving…
The Miami Takeaway battered Barramundi is the best I’ve had. Great size portion, fresh with an amazing light and crisp batter.
The Owner’s friendliness and service was amazingly on par with the meal.

Fantastic neighbourhood restaurant. The food is a delight, the service is excellent. The chips were crunchy and fluffy on the inside and lots of food options. A very happy customer 💯💯highly recommends this place. $15 chips is excellent. feeds a big family. Tried other places, and it doesn’t even come close to this little local takeaway shop. we’ll definitely be returning back here.
I had one of the best fish and chips experiences here! The fish was perfectly battered crispy on the outside and tender, flaky inside. The chips were golden, thick-cut, and had just the right amount of crunch and softness. Everything tasted fresh and was cooked to order.
The portion size was generous, and the tartare sauce was creamy and tangy just the way I like it. Bonus points for the friendly staff and clean seating area. Definitely coming back again

Surprisingly good fish and chips: solidly good : barramundi ok, chips 4/5 , good value
Don’t believe the photos. This would have to be the smallest piece of probably barramundi I have ever been served for $14. There are plenty of other takeaways that give you more. Over cooked and thin piece of dry fish.
