It’s not very hard to make pizzas. Not hard at all. The cooking method is systematically straight forward easy, as long as it’s not from wood oven in an expensive gourmet restaurant.
So it’s all about the ingredients. We want seasonal veggies, creamy cheese, non poisonous mushrooms, ham that actually has meat in there, and Hawaiian pineapple fresh from cans which was originally picked by nice young ladies in bikini.
And yes Oxenford Seafood & Pizza they offer quality food, at the reasonable price. Every time I drive down the coast all these roller coasters they remind me of this little shop, that tasty pizza, crispy chips and hand cut battered potato scallops.
This shop is ‘visit worthy’, hands down. Someone in the reviews please please don’t rate your fish and chips by the look of it when it’s Uber delivered. You don’t need to be a professional eater to realise that you need to consume your ultra healthy deep fried food when it’s fresh before it get soggy isn’t it??
After all this is a very nice shop. I want to see everyone jumped out from the roller coaster and they are vomiting the delicious food from Oxenford Seafood & Pizza. What a waste that would be!!
Order some seafood special and half n half pizza both of them are delicious and pizza is so cheesy and yummy. Really good. I will definitely try again. Best in town.
Absolutely shocking service! Placed an online order, paid for it online, website said about 25 mins wait. We planned our outings around that. I got a text about 5 mins later saying food was ready. My partner went to pick it up and they said someone else had already picked it up using my full name. My boyfriend called me to tell me. I’m at home, pregnant with a herniated disc in my back. I tell him to get them to remake the order or get a refund which the worker denied both. Said they were closing even though their website/google says they are open late. Absolutely shocking service. If indeed someone did use my full name to pick up the order I’m wondering about their security in store for some random to walk off the street and see the names of fully paid orders and to just say that’s them. However I’m thinking they gave the order away to a friend as we were not there right away as we planned to be there for the 25 mins wait time.
I’m not sure how you take an order over the phone, give a time frame for collection, and upon arrival, have no order or memory of it 15MIN prior. You had a whole discussion with me regarding how the grill isn’t working so can’t make burgers. The family has been a loyal patron to this store for many years and seen some new owners come and go. Im afraid the service has dropped, for the last time.
Really enjoyed my visit. The pizza was delicious, the seafood was fresh, and the burgers were juicy. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was comfortable. A great spot for a casual meal.
Twice ive tried this shop since its changed hands both times have not followed instructions no olives on pizza add anchovies oxenford supreme I get olives no anchovies. The pizza was just the cheap shredded ham hardly any veggies that are listed what its supposed to have. And to top it off plain salt only on chips noooo lets put chicken salt on
The pizzas here are average and although they are covered in toppings, they always feel like they don’t have much flavour. It’s really disappointing. Their service is always slow, I called 25 minutes before I picked up, and I when I got there the pizzas were not even made, I had to wait another 15 minutes.
For the wait, they’re not worth it.
