The size of food is never consistent the people on the phone never listen always cooked poorly we’ve given them several chances just to go in and get disappointed time again
He will try and bait you to get more food or just upscale things without asking we asked for $5 chips and a small dim sim he tried to make it 2 after being continually told 1 small one then made it a big one and charged me for it I and I didn’t notice till I got home this is what we got not at all worth what was paid
Got the Calamari Basket and was pretty happy with it! $22 for a generous serving of chips and 15 calamari. Came with lemon and tartare sauce. Could easily feed 3 people with it.
I’d give a ZERO star rating but it doesn’t allow for that… 45 minutes to get $15 worth of chips, chips were overcooked and horrible, kids refused to eat them, they were tossed in the bin.
Service was absolutely disgusting. Line up for food was outrageous and it seemed phone orders were more important than those standing outside in the rain waiting. No apologies for the longer wait times. Guy behind the counter has ZERO customer service skills.
Will NOT recommend, NOR shop their again. We ended up having to go to KFC to purchase more food for the children as the chips from here weren’t edible !!
Just finished a crumbed fish burger with the lot omgosh Jackson sure knows how to make a beautiful tasteful meal.
I nearly ordered another 1 it was that good.

Chips are really stale & broken and looks like he cooked in oil which has been already used for multiple times. Fish is fresh but battered fish got fried in oil and oil is disgusting. I literally got sick and severe stomach ache later. If you are seriously looking for good food, please avoid it. Very bad experience with food.
Last night got 2 lots of $5.00 chips battered & plain chips and they were over cooked and crispy, weren’t very happy.
This is actually a great Fish and Chip shop for the local area.
They’re always so friendly and hardworking behind the counter, and the overall quality of food is great. We don’t buy often due to health reasons, but when the family decides to pop in and do a Fish and Chip night, this is our go to and we’ve never had a disappointing service. Chips are also quite generous too. Thanks Fish Depot!
Food was quickly prepared(5pm sunday), tasted delish. We had loaded fries, share pack for 2 and small chips.2 adults 2 children. There was leftovers. Thank you for dinner.
