Very good food. The fried chicken was tender and juicy. Fish and chip was very good too. The most impressed part is the friendly staff.
Best chip shop in town.
Burgers are like the old school take away burgers not the slop from evry fast food franchise.

Love this place! Very hard to find now, the old school takeaway shops!! Good Food, not excessively expensive, old style customer service, a very rare delight in the heart of Redbank Plains.
I ordered the fried chicken, but after taking one bite, it had a foul smell and didn’t seem fresh at all. I had to throw it away. Very disappointing.
Burgers and chips are fantastic. Got a Chicken few days ago was a bit funny couldn’t eat it however the burgers are fantastic chicken burgers is must and the hamburger is good too but the Patty could be a little bit bigger a bit thin tomatoes probably thicker.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Hot Meal Deal in Redbank Plains! This fish & chips gem has quickly become one of my favourite go-to spots for classic takeaway meals that always hit the spot. 
From the moment you walk in, the vibe is relaxed and welcoming — perfect for a casual lunch or dinner with family and friends. The team are friendly and efficient, whether you’re grabbing takeaway, dining in, or ordering through delivery. 
The fish and chips are seriously impressive — golden, crispy batter on the fish with tender, flavourful flesh inside, and chips that are perfectly cooked with great seasoning. There’s a great variety on the menu too, from burgers and chicken to family packs, so there’s something for everyone. 
I also love that they offer excellent value for money without compromising on quality — generous portions and tasty food at very reasonable prices. The casual, friendly service and laid-back atmosphere make every visit enjoyable. 
If you’re after delicious classic fish & chips and great takeaway food in Redbank Plains, this place is a standout. Highly recommend — will definitely be back again!
