Chips weren’t terrible however the fish….. the fish was oily, soggy and overcooked. For crumbed cod very expensive, and not crispy at all! I could see the oil wheeping out of it .so overpriced for the amount of food you get. Rip off.
Absolutely amazing. The best fish and chips in Brisbane. Old school style. Super affordable. And cooked to perfection. The fish was very fresh, and the chips were crunchy and well seasoned with chicken salt. The potato scallops were sublime too. Lovely service.
The lady at front counter was very polite and respectful. I love the onion rings from this place really crispy and the chips are well seasoned.
I visited this shop for the very first time, and I must say I was really impressed! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
A special mention to Mayur — I believe that’s his name — for his outstanding customer service! He was polite, attentive, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to see such a great attitude and dedication these days.

Really good fish and chips! The fish was crispy and fresh, and the chips were perfectly cooked — not oily at all. The burger was also amazing, juicy and full of flavor. Friendly staff and clean place. Definitely coming back again
Nuggets are disgusting! Gave the Steak sandwich a second chance but both times it was gross. It was soggy and the steak was like leather and so chewy and no taste at all.

Absolutely unacceptable. The way staff are treated is appalling. The drinks I purchased were out of date (December). The fish is consistently poorly cooked and unpleasant, and the steak is rubbery and extremely difficult to chew. The grilled chicken was cold on the inside. The fridge storing fish at the front of the store is constantly leaking. Tables are rarely cleaned and the floors are consistently dirty. If you walk near the toilets, you can see the back of the store if customers saw how unhygienic it is, they would not return. Staff do not wear gloves when handling food. I would never recommend this place and genuinely don’t understand how it is still operating. New owners are horrible. Staff barley speak english and are impossible to understand.
Bought a fish burgar..discusting!!
The bun wasnt toasted, so it was soggy. The crumbed fish was mushy, tasted like it had freezer burn. The lady serving was a sour face…thats a minus10 from me and im never going back..
