Awful experience, rude service …. Ordered whiting, had 3 large pieces of fin in it & many small bones, couldn’t eat it!!
When complained they offered no replacement or refund considering I showed them the fish, the tabouli salad was tasteless and dry about 3 days old 🤢 …. Would NEVER return!!

Great old school fish and chips. Hit the spot after a day at the beach. Owners are ok, would be a bit better if they could understand me but we got there in the end
Worst chips we have ever had. 😑 soggy and lots of brown gross ones. bags of chips falsely advertised compared to what you get. When questioned about the size was told either you like it or you dont. Service was average. Won’t ever go there again! Picture was $13 of chips.
I recently ordered hot chips and was blown away by how perfectly they were cooked – crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, just the way I like them! But what really impressed me was the wide range of items on the menu to choose from. And the fact that they use Lilydale free-range chicken? That’s just the icing on the cake! The quality of the food is top-notch, and the service is friendly and efficient. 5 stars and a big thumbs up from me! If you’re craving delicious, authentic fish and chips, look no further than Military Fish & Chip. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu items!
My review is a mixed experience. The quality of the food seems to be inconsistent, with fresh ingredients but poor preparation,In the fish I mean (greasy exterior). The lack of knowledge about the menu items by the staff is a significant concern, as it affects the customer’s ability to make informed choices, I asked like 5 times what kind of fish she was selling me, but she didn’t understand.
My conclusion it’s “not bad not good”. It seems the restaurant has potential but needs improvement in food preparation and staff training.
Flake was uneatable. It smelled bad and the texture was wrong, it may have been frozen
