I went for Uber pickup the lady was so rude I cancelled my order and reported to Uber
If you want to grow your business she should need to learn some customer service skills
Gave these guys a go tonight after some pretty terrible experiences with another local store and we will definitely be going back! Chips well fresh, perfectly cooked and salted and their potato fritters were amazing!
Best chips I’ve ever had and batter fish is delicious
I walked in at 7:35pm tonight. 2 girls were behind the counter cleaning, one of them looked up at me and and went back to cleaning. A 3rd came from out the back, stood there and looked at me and just ignored me. Not one of them said hi or said we’ll be with you shortly. I asked if anyone wasn’t going to say hi or serve me, still nothing so I just walked out. I won’t be back.

That’s really annoying service from one guy, he literally rude with me and i was waiting a order from long time, mate you start race with other nationality?
Wasn’t open on a Saturday night despite their opening hours saying they were open. Drove a fair way to get there.
Due to Christmas closire , I had to go elsewhere 😔. Paralowie Plaza is 100% the go to. Good quality, and Service. Next time I’ll Fi d something else to eat until they are open.
