Technically Food…
Chips not crispy, not salty, they were fluffy
Burgers… omg… soo big.. maybe not for the best. Buns super soggy. Meat burger taste like Hjs (this is bad)
Wife didnt mind veg burger but was too soggy
Have been going here for a while now and it’s really started going downhill. Got the gluten free roast pork pack and gluten free grilled butterfish pack, and the gravy was lumpy and tasted different to their normal gluten free gravy, which meant my partner was unwilling to risk eating it as she is gluten intolerant.
The crackling on the pork was soggy and inedible, the fries were somehow both burnt AND cold, like they’d been cooked too far in advance. The fish was incredibly dry and almost inedible. I waited 40 minutes to get my food and it was absolutely awful. Tried to call got a out of business hours message half an hour before they were due to close.
I had a very unpleasant experience at your restaurant while picking up a DoorDash order. The person working in the store at the time spoke to me rudely, saying the food had been sitting there for a long time and that I would be delivering cold food to the customer, who might complain.
I was shocked and embarrassed, especially since there were other people in the store who saw and heard this. As a DoorDash driver, I only collect orders when they appear on my app, and in this case, I arrived within 5 minutes of receiving the notification. It was unfair to be blamed for something completely outside of my control, and it was even more uncomfortable being spoken to this way in front of others.
All I could say at the time was, “I just got the order,” because that was the truth. I did not delay or mishandle the order, and I certainly did not deserve to be addressed in that manner.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Please remind your team that delivery drivers are part of the process that connects your food to customers, and we deserve to be treated with respect. You never know what someone might be going through, and being spoken to harshly in public can ruin someone’s day.
I truly hope this does not happen again — to me or to anyone else. Encounters like this not only affect people personally but may also reflect poorly on the business.

They have everything from family friendly meal deals of fish and chips to roast pork, salads, burgers, hot packs and the list goes on.
Something here for the whole family especially your picky eaters.

The manger here is disgustingly rude and has some serious issues. Takes no responsibility for his disgusting quality food. This is the worst chicken and chip shop by far and seems to be getting even worse since the last time I said I’d never order again. Complete waste of money and straight up disgusting food. The chicken pasta salad we got had no sauce was like dry pasta with some kind of thick paste and the chicken in it was no even edible. Peas and gravy the peas were frozen and sloppy on the bottom and the ratio of gravy and peas is completely off. May aswell say your ordering sloppy peas. Kids refused to eat anything other than chicken and chips even then they barley touched it.
Ruined my whole meal cost me $72 on door dash. Manager takes no responsibility for his poor food quality and will hang up on you and get his workers to hang up on you also.
The Manager – not Jimmy – is a nasty piece of work. Incredibly slow and will yell at you when you dare to ask how much longer after waiting over 25 mins. Used to be a fav.
Tonight I visited Stanley Chicken Burgers and was extremely disappointed. $65 order for it to all be completely slopped rushed and without flavour. Fish pack and AB large along with this which was ment to be a Chicken parmy. Bacon ? Soggy, topping stuck to top. Maybe they are better during the day but not at 7pm an hour before close
I was enjoy my experience here, either walk in or take away. Being a foodie and having food allergies puts a tool on life. I love that this place allows me to enjoy food that I have been missing out on for over 11 years. I love everything on the menu! Great Taste, huge sizing. I will say I’d love if they had a gluten free yiros with gluten free bread because they’d be seeing me every week.
