Friendly, clean and quick service. Great vegan options on the menu. Well worth having a look at. I tried the BBQ chicken ( vegan) complete with pineapple. Tasty and balanced with sauce. Really a win! Patti was great textured and very much like chicken. Sweet potato chips were a nice alternative.
Ordered their Meat the Lot and BNS special — Both burgers are delicious and filling! (Our fave pick is the Meat the Lot) We also got some sweet potatoes on the side which are crispy and well seasoned! Great value for money. I rated this place 4 stars because of their lack in customer service. No one welcomed us, we waited for a couple of minutes waiting for someone to take the order. And it was not just us who experienced this even the next customers who came after us.Not even a good bye or thanks. That’s what this place is missing to get a 5/5! Hope they can improve it next time cause I will really love to go back.
First time here today because of the previous ratings. Upon arrival I felt something wasn’t right. We almost left because it took so long to serve us and we were the only ones in the store.
We ordered three burgers, we had a chicken and cheese burger, golden rings and the flame burger. We also ordered a side of onion rings and washed everything down with an Oreo milkshake, salted caramel milkshake and a can of coke.
The two chicken burgers were slightly over cooked. All the burgers tasted good. The Oreo milkshake was good however the salted caramel was way to weak and we left over half of it unfinished. The down side of the burgers was they took 18, 21 and 28 minutes to come out. The milkshakes took 34 and 38 minutes to come out.
The service was terrible! They were obviously understaffed and also had no clue how to prioritise their orders. They even said they lost our milkshake order.
We witnessed two other groups leave became they weren’t served fast enough and gave up waiting.
We recommend the owner have a good look at how his staff are trained to keep customers updated and happy.
An interesting thing is we told the service guy we would do a review prior to placing our order.
The staff were apologetic for the wait and made no effort to make any offer.i.e. Discount on next burger order or free fries next time.
The best way to describe the place is average burgers and shakes with clueless staff.
There are heaps of better places to get a burger within the area, try them first to avoid disappointment.
We were going to give you two stars however that would be overstating it.
Really sorry to give our worst review so far.

Edit: looking back at the reviews it seems that a lot of them are fake and/or paid for. Lots of reviews by people with only one review to their name. Yeah. Looks genuine.
There seems to be too many options without any focus or a signature burger. Our order was OK, and we liked vegetarian/gluten free options but none of them were memorable.
The chips were well below par but we enjoyed our milkshake.
Not overly impressed, unlikely to visit again, there are better burger options around Woodville.

Good place to hangout with friends. Felt warmth of greeting us on the orders, service with no wait time and smiling aura from the staff. Was searching for good burgers in the streets, fortunate enough to taste such soft textured buns with heavy fillers and tasty dips. Also ordered a couple of shakes to this get soon summers completed my perfect meal.Budget friendly, recommended and must visit store in Wellanga.
Just went to burger and shakes at Welland and ordered the kids beef burger, onion rings and 2 shakes, I was told after I paid that it would take 25mins which was fine but I then waited 45 minutes. (I asked for something extra for the wait being so long and he did chuck in some small chips) but when he handed m my food he pulled the milkshakes out of the fridge so you can only imagine they weren’t the best tasting, I then went home and my 3 year old daughter started eating her burger when I noticed it wasn’t even cooked properly!! I waited 45 minutes for disgusting food and my daughter is most probably going to get very sick!! Do better burger and shakes you can’t serve your costumers food like that
The oil poured out of my yiros like no tomorrow. It was off to the bin with one bite. I gave it a try but I dont know if it was a bad night or they dropped my yiros in the oil and couldn’t be bothered making a new one. No garlic sauce either maybe bbq sauce… I couldn’t tell due to the grease pouring out. First time trying the place and I’d never go back after that.
