Chips, fish and potato cakes are cooked perfectly. Dim sim is overcooked but overall very happy with the food. My new go to for fish and chips
Purchased today flakes, chips and a few other bits. One piece of flake was FULL of bones. Just be careful eating it.
Potato cakes were very oily. Everything else was good. Manager was great when we rang to tell them about the bones. However the girl on the the phone was very rude, asked us if we were sure they were bones and said well we can’t do anything about it.
The fish was nice, we ordered blue grenadier. Chips were good, those yellow tinge ones I think are cooked in vegetable oil. Gave us a couple extra potato cakes! Good experience. Ordered on Good Friday when it was super busy too.
I have been going to fishtastic for a long time now, but lately the quality is generally diminishing, everything seems to be oily or over cooked, I generally get hamburgers & ask not to over cook meat, tonight I took back due to over cooked, supplied new ones, looking to go elsewhere,

The food was absolutely disgusting, having take away for a family of 5 isn’t cheap, 3 growing teenagers and 2 adults cost us $50 tonight, everything was dried out and hard. I’m not sure if they re cook there foods and expect the customers to eat it, or just failed to care for there customers. Either way this is disgusting and not good enough!!!!
If I knew how to post photo’s I would of done that, save your money, go elsewhere
Ordered 3 flake med chips.
2 bags with none of my order but chips. Some fish I don’t eat. Not flake. $33.50 for the wrong order. Getting sick of the lack of standards from everywhere lately. Or is it just me? Know your job…. its not hard.
Excellent service from the Fishtastic team! We called ahead to order hamburgers and chips and it was ready on arrival. It was one of the freshest and best hamburgers and chips we’ve had in a while.
