The best fish and chips I’ve had in a long time! very clean and efficient, food was beautiful. The staff were super king and generous, ill defiantly be a regular here.
On The Hook are our new local fish shop. Always friendly and happy to go above and beyond to fill my order, even at last minute prior to closing. Food is always consistently good. Will be a local favourite for years to come. Shop is clean, staff are efficient and food is great. Thanks
Very soft flake pack and provided me with a bad service. not friendly and impatient order taken at a counter. the old chef held a handle of frier with a dirty battered hand after he went to right storage for call order picks. terribly inhygenic
i’ve never been let down to date. I have always enjoyed the Fish And Chips here. The fish is cooked to perfection with a nice crispy batter scallops to die for in case in all the juices within the batter the hotdog and batter perfect minimum. Chips is enough for one person, it’s suffice but I do recommend the battered hamburger fantastic in Caston its own juices finish off of the steaming of its own encasement I cannot fault this person Shop at all. I have never been let down in the year and a half that I’ve lived here in Botanic Ridge well done Toni pleasure meeting you and doing business with you with more to Come thank you
That was a very enjoyable meal. Our 1st visit was hit and miss but gone back for a 2nd chance and really good. Chips cook perfect,nice crisp potato cake and the burger that was well made delicious. Definitely be back. Price and fair for what you get. Very good.
