We had a variety pack for $49 and when we got it I was a bit disappointed that it wasn’t more. However, as soon as we were home and we opened it, I was very happy that it wasn’t more because it didn’t look appealing at all.
Stuff didn’t look very fresh and taste (if existent) was disappointing. While everything was salty and below average I’d like to point out the fish cake and the substance that was sold as “tartar sauce” (see photo) which I found to be disgusting at best.
I was hungry and I had I paid for it, so I ate it all, but I feel deeply sorry for my body that it had to go through this and hereby want to officially apologise for what I’ve done.
Absolutely love this place ! The owner is so wonderful such friendly service , and the food was delicious and fresh ! Love the tropical snitzel burgers and the chips ! Such a awesome menu with heaps to choose from even Mars bars in batter 🥰
Fantastic food, really great staff always happy to welcome you and say hi. Burgers are one of the best in town, and I’ve been to every burger joint and fish n chip shop on the penisula. Owner is friendly and happy to do requests or make something off the menu and prices are actually very modest compared to a few of the other burger or fish n chip places that are here. And i Still say there one of the best burgers from Safety Beach to Portsea. Come try and see for yourself its close to a high school so your contending with children who hang out every now and then. But fantastic

Ordered Fish n Chips for 10 people…grilled flake was disgusting and ended up in the bin…..rubbery and didnt even look like flake…fried flake for one was acceptable…unfortunately you have lost us as customers
This is the MOST AMAZING fish and chip shop EVER!! The fish is soooo fresh and juicy and the chips are so crispy & to die for!!! I couldn’t ask for better!!! Rest assured peeps that you will only have an AWESOME experience at this fish and chip shop ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Coming from Yawa water park, we were starving. I was looking for a snacks to go and found this place. When we arrived it was empty so i took my time reviewing the menu and just a minute in a train of customers flocked in ordering which surprised me. So then i knew i had to order quickly so we wont be too far back in the queue. So we decided on the lamb hsp, chips cheese & gravy, BLT, and battered burger. Had to wait a bit as the queue was already long by the time my order got it. When the order came in, the portions were big for the price. We loved the chips and HSP! I wish they have a branch near my place and I would go here regularly!
I come weekly for the chips/cheese and gravy, gotta love this place. Switched it up and got a burger, it was bloody beautiful.
