    Absolutely thrilled on arrival for lunch with my partner on this weekend😍
    Top quality ingredients, everything tastes fresh and the flavours are well thought out. Love the delicious Chicken Souvlaki with Cheesy Crispy Chips and such a fresh greek salad on the side, best I’ve tasted ever.

    Staff were really friendly and attentive. Relaxing, friendly fish and chips at ferntree gully rd offers you pleasant vibes….Yummy veggie burger too ❤️

    I recommend Cripsy Catch Fish & Chip for all residents and visitors.
    Thank you for a wonderful lunch – we’ll be back soon!

    Seriously guys this is the second time giving you a go. $25 dollars for the dryest tiniest portion of overseasoned an rubbery fish I’ve ever seen, burnt dryed out dim sim and horrible tasteless tartare tough old potato cake and then they forget the two for one deal with the seafood sticks 🙁 can’t recommend sorry the chips were ok and salted go elsewhere worst value for money.

    This has to be the best fish and chips around!
    The grilled fish was seasoned perfectly—flavorful without being overpowering. What really impressed me was how nothing felt greasy, which is rare for a fish and chip shop. Everything was fresh, cooked just right, and clearly made with care. I’ll definitely be back!

    Souvlaki was terrible , massive chunks of meat,To much sauce,bread just falls apart.
    Asked for hot chilli sauce ,gave me sweet chilli.

    Got the $10 lunch special with blue grenadier. The battered fish was perfectly golden and crispy, generous serving of chips and the salad was fresh and tasty. Such great value that doesn’t compromise on quality.

    So happy with our meal tonight. Delicious burgers where the juicy patty actually tastes like meat, unlike the ultraprocessed, thin, dry patties in every other takeaway. Chips were hot and crispy, grilled flake was a juicy generous serve and the fish bites were the best I’ve had in a long time. Perfect crispy batter, not oily, juicy fish. Yum! Potato cakes and dim sims were standard issue but well cooked and tasty. Might have found our new regular fish and chips shop 🙂

    Didn’t realize this place had changed owners when I ordered it. Kitchen was dirty when I went in and food was so oily I felt sick afterwards. Definitely no where near as good as it used to be.

    I am a regular customer of The Crispy Catch FTG and the reason is consistency & maintaining a menu of favourites.
    A lot of F&C shops are removing battered fish as an option & are only offering grilled or crumbed & if you like that great but I love good old fashioned battered fish and won’t order from a F&C that doesn’t have it on the menu.
    There is another F&C further up in the hills that does battered but it’s never as tasty as the fish these guys prepare.
    Don’t ever change, please as I’ll keep coming back as long as you stick with tradition.
