Dazzas is our favourite fish and chips in the Melton area, definitely the best for delivery. Our food is always hot and crunchy :D.
Their fish is a really great size and has a different batter to what you find at most shops. It’s a little lighter and crunchier. It’s really nice!
Their chips are also a little different…they’re crunchier on the outside and quite fluffy inside. Some are a bit like crunchy air and those are my favs.
Their potato cakes are so good. I like them the day after reheated. It’s weird I know but they’re actually really comforting which is such a weird thing to say about potato cakes but that warm potato just reaches out and hugs you.
Their onion rings are made with real onion and batter, and they are just so good honestly it’s a shame they aren’t made like this at more places because this is so good!
Their burgers are really big, they’re also tasty and delivered really well packaged so you can enjoy them.
We always get a mars bar to share and they are just huge. They’re really great though and definitely make a nice treat!
We’ve recently started to expand out adventure to the rest of their menu. Their small lamb gyros were amazing and we’ll definitely look into a souvlaki next time! The picture doesn’t show it but they were not dry at all, they were really nice and had caramelized pieces all through like real Greek meats. I loved it!
I also have to mention the staff here are so friendly and great! I’ve been really impressed by how friendly and forward they are. They really give a damn about customer service and making sure everyone’s happy and it means something. When I noticed there were no photos or reviews here I knew I had to put mine up and change that. Give them a go, they are delicious!
Crunchy yummy fish and chips. The portion of the fish and chips is so generous for what we paid for. Good customer service and quick service. An outdoor dining area is available but limited. Strongly recommend this place if you want to get a crispy battle fish and a lot of chips.
Had an absolute blast with the greatest fish and chip that I have been to. Their staff very lovely and the Poseidon of the sea Dazza grabs the fish and says let’s serve our tummies such great service, quick and efficient don’t call an Uber call Dazza and have a yarn with a true blue Murray cod of the night you might even see him light up like a rainbow fish. Overall I give the whole place and staff over 9000 out of 10 will definitely be coming back again for sure cause Dazza is your fishfingers!
I like the atmosphere, the Owner and staff are very friendly, the food is cheap and good, the seafood set is delicious 😋, the burger is super big and satisfying, get the food in advance, I will come again, highly recommended.

The stars is just for the standing around workers that litterally were more important than having a conversation than making sure customers have a nice meal to go home to eat considering they had hardly any customers and I am now coming to understand why. My fish was undercooked and felt like doe that needed more flour. Maybe focus on what you send out the door coz I will never ever be returning and to think the fish and chip shop TJs takes it for me. Reconsider your menu because for $70 dollars what a waste I would have fathered waited an hour for 5 stores up the footpath, all I’m left with is not even dog scraps. Lucky my bins get collected by the garbage truck tomorrow. Rather be honest than tell you if was better than a Sunday roast. Should have taken up the offer of home cooked meal… but wanted to give my mother in law a night off now regretting it….
The guy that served me, I think his name was goldiemeyer, was absolutely great. He was very attentive and 100% deserves a raise. The food was cooked great and just what a fish and chip place should be about
First time trying Dazza’s and honestly they are really good. I got the burger with the lot combo and it was top tier. Cooked well and chips fresh. 10/10 would recommend.
