Ordered dinner for delivery and received a confirmation text which was all well and good. Waited an hour and a half in total to be delivered – which was nowhere near the time that was provided to me in the text. I understood it may be busy as it was a Friday night however didn’t think it would take this long. Rang the store to see what the go was, rang for 10 minutes straight and no one picked up the phone. Ended up driving to the store to pick up my food despite me ordering for delivery. Very poor service. Lady inside was lovely snd apologetic, and paid back our delivery fee.
Got 1 flake and 3 potato cakes, the flake was what I call over cooked, the batter was brown and not flat but not as you would expect.
I phoned and they sent out a replacement price of flake.
Problem being it was not much different to the first one.
As you will see in the photo, the batter on the potato cakes is the right batter, so I have no idea what they use on the flake????

ordered chips, crab sticks, flake and corn jacks.
Was told half an hour wait, which is reasonable being good friday.
Went back in 25 minutes later, wasn’t acknowledged, waited 10 minutes, then stood at the counter to ask. none of the staff even looked at me.
Eventually asked about the order that had been waiting in the warmer the whole time i was inside. They all looked at each other then said they were waiting on crab sticks.
They turned around and they were sitting amongst chips in a basket over the fryers, which had also been sitting out for a while.
One of the staff also wiped their face, wiped it on their pants and went back to touching food. Disgusting. Another staff member was also putting enough salt to induce a heart attack on all of the orders.
Chips and crab sticks were soggy, corn jacks well overcooked and the flake was also overcooked.
Ordered a Parma . It was delicious but would have loved it if the cheese wasn’t all stick to the foil on arrival . Didn’t even get my hotdog in batter and no one will answer the phone line
I ordered for delivery. This is a review just for the potato cakes. Crispy batter, soft potato and just the right amount of chicken salt. Best I’ve had in a long time. Yummy!!!

Not happy when ya pay for something and it’s not cooked then told it’ll be replaced but when I call I’m told they can’t organise it ATM it’ll have to be another time so Ive had to playce my $70 plus order elsewhere…
Excellent fish and chips, generous servings. Value for money!!!
