Absolutely Outstanding!
Ever since the new owner, Mr Wilson, took over Eleanora Fish and Chips, the place has completely transformed. You can really tell he takes pride in his food, quality, and customer service — something that was definitely missing with the previous owners.
The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious, and the service is second to none. Mr Wilson always takes the time to chat with customers and make sure everyone’s happy — that personal touch really shows how much he cares about his business and his community.
My friends and I order from here every Friday night, and we’ve never been disappointed. The burgers, steak sandwiches, and fish and chip packs are all top-notch — honestly, everything on the menu is amazing. Great portion sizes, fair Aussie prices, and you can tell everything’s cooked with care.
Highly recommend this place to anyone — you can’t go wrong here.

King George whiting was delicious! We tried battered and grilled. Really appreciated that the chips and other foods aren’t cooked in poisonous seed oils. So happy to have found our new fish and chip shop!

I ordered the gummy flake, potato cake, calamari and onion rings and everything tasted absolutely amazing! The beef tallow frying gives the food such a rich, old-school flavour that you just don’t get everywhere anymore 🤩 The batter was crispy, the fish was soft and fresh, and every item had great texture and taste.
What really impressed me was that today was 40 degrees, the place was like an oven, they were clearly under the pump with nonstop orders and they STILL delivered top quality food with great service. You could tell they were working hard but they pushed through a stressful day and didn’t let the quality drop at all. Massive respect for that.
Overall, awesome local fish & chip shop coming back from Rye beach so it was on the way home the food was delicious, they had generous portions and real pride in what they do. Highly recommend!

I’ve never liked fish and chips before but this places food is delicious! The flake was so fresh and fluffy and the chips were crispy and well salted. Will definitely be buying from this place more
