Great! Awesome service each time. Went into store and ordered the grill pack, only to realise it’s been taken off the menu. The owner kindly made me the grill pack anyway, and it was great! My baby loved it and ate so much fish. New menu below.
This shop was recommended so I went along with some hope. Sometimes you need to take criticism so you can grow. I ordered chips and a grilled flake, and the chips were ok like you will find at any other shop. But your fish was over cooked and it didn’t even have a lemon, no flavour at all I couldn’t eat it. Need to do better with your fish
Some of the best fish and chip shop burgers I’ve had for a long time!
A double schnitzel burger with nice bread and a nice tangy sauce, and the burger with the lot was cooked perfectly with the right balance of bacon, egg and salad. Chips super crispy and fresh also.
Very quick friendly service too and amazing value for money (compared to so-called speciality burger stores that are nowhere near as good)

My brother and mother (no, I’m not about to start a rap song) go into this shop once a month for our Saturday treats.
The food here is always fresh and always cooked to perfection.
I can tell they change their cooking oil often.
The flake is chunky and batter so crispy.
Their chips are always so good and a treat to eat.
The Burgers are great and their souvlaki even better. So so good.
My brother really enjoys their steak sandwiches, tender meat!
Give this place a try if you want a great feed and delicious food.

I want to preface this by saying that when I ordered fish and chips, I expect that good stuff that povvo families all over the country have enjoyed for generations.
Sadly, this isn’t that.
Firstly, the good: The atmosphere was exactly up to scratch with what I expect of your average fush’n’chups shop from the old till right down to going to the fridge for your drink.
The bad: The food, this food was poor, very poor. This fish and chips doesn’t taste like the happiness of the once monthly chip shop feed for the family in the park.
The potato cakes: floury, mushy and sad.
The flake: actually the highlight of the food, poor taste, good crunch.
The chips: Shocking, Awful, Floury, mushy, sadness in a stick. Do better. Even the dog is sad with these chips.
Portion sizes are decently large, I’d prefer paying the same for less but better food.
The best: SERVICE! the service here was fantastic right down to hand delivering out the front because we were sitting with the dog.
Lost a star on service only due to card surcharges which are accurately advertised at the point of sale.
Finally;
Your food used to be far better than what we received tonight, you should be ashamed at the quality of product currently being produced and should consider going to the old potato products you used to have.
