Not a welcoming experience at all.if it was up to me I would have walked out of the place straight away. The fish was good, the chips were not enjoyable for myself at all. Now this is a small business, you rely on providing a good service yet I felt so unwelcome in that building, I didn’t even know my food was ready because they didn’t call out my number but instead just put it on the bench. Would love to give a zero but obviously can’t.
Ordered over the counter, about 20 people already there expected to wait. But 9 people come in order over the counter larger orders and are given their orders first. Get order 1+ hours later. Unsure if it is skin colour as I was the only dark person their or that I was not in the friends circle. Do not recommend this fish and chip shop. Chips dry and hamburger ordinary. 20+ years here never experienced anything like it before.

Hadn’t been for awhile but went to grab some fish and chips for my very elderly parents that live in nursing home. They were hot and fresh when l delivered them and the chips were delicious. They thoroughly enjoyed them so Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for a delicious meal for them

Classic chips and blue grenadier, scallops, calamari and prawns were decent. Just wish they would salt their food more and maybe add lemon wedges in for seafood like most other fish and chip shops but the staff were pretty hammered at dinner time as it got busy. Very reasonably priced.
