We were tourists from Perth and it reminded me of Armadale where you’re not sure if you’re really scared or actually safe.
It’s basically a deli serving fish and chips out of a bain-marie with zero customer service so don’t order salad as you won’t get any. The online tracking app is also misleading as it stays on preparing until you go in the shop and ask for your food, then they package it from the bain-marie.
The food was not too bad but we wouldn’t go back.
Friendly service and the nicest lunch bar style burger with the lot I’ve had in a long time. Every ingredient fresh and tasty. I’ll be back again each time I’m in town for sure. Thanks,
First time 5 stars, amazing fresh piece of snapper, delicious crumb, wanted to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. Next two times had questionable fish in terms of freshness and being snapper. Still tasty a large serve of chips.
Don’t bother. Staff had no clue. Hamburger was pink. Fried chicken was fried to a crisp, fish was yuck and chips were absolutely terrible. Such a disappointment for what we paid.
One of the best fish n chips we’ve had, the Barramundi tasted so fresh better than some restaurants I’ve been to, the staff were friendly and our order came out quick.
Meh….. went here because we’d had a recommendation, but the whole meal really wasn’t up to scratch. Fish (Barra) was very thin, oily, overcooked and floppy, chips were dried out. Tasted like old oil and nothing tasted fresh. Really disappointing
First time eating from here, may be the last unfortunately. Ordered Snapper and Chips packs x2 plus desserts. We were very disappointed, tiny sad fish, and a big stack of chips. Chips go from the deep fry to the bain marie to the paper. I didn’t see the fish before it had been packed so not sure if it was from the deep fryer or if it had been sitting in the bain marie. I don’t like to leave a negative review but they could do better.
Big meal, lovely fresh fish, friendly service. Popular place and after eating the meal you can see why.
