Fish Fluffy on the inside, batter nicely even and mildly crispy on the outside – and more importantly NOT obviously OILY – all that makes a good traditional fish and chips.
The chips themselves are nicely done and surprisingly tasty (salt and vinegar)
The serving of the fish and chips is also good and satisfying.
They won me over too with their friendly customer service. Place is clean too and they have an outdoors area to dine if you choose to do so.
Keep it up guys – Don’t rest on your laurels or become complacent like so many fish and chips places. Always room for the better where you could.
This is the best Fish n Chips I’ve had since I was a kid!! Bought back some memories of Sunday night fish n chips on newspaper from our local shop. Well done to all the staff here from the cooks to the lovely young lady on the counter serving the customers who did a fantastic job taking my order and clarifying to make sure I was ordering the right scallops and prawns. Well done. Fast, delicious and fresh 🙂 I highly recommend
I haven’t been here for fish and chips for a little while. They must be using a different oil and it wasn’t a very pleasant taste. So tonight I thought I would try it again but only got to the front door. The smell was repugnant and I couldn’t even go inside. I will never go back to this outlet. Bring back the original owners.
Best fish and chips I’ve had in ages! Perfectly crispy batter, fresh flaky cod, and thick, fluffy chips. Generous portions, friendly service, and that classic chippy vibe. Highly recommend!

Had some fish and chips from canning Vale fish and chips today and I was pleasantly surprised. Generous portion sizes, lightly battered and fresh. I think I found my new fish and chips shop.
