Yummy fish and chips! The batter is crispy and not soggy and the fish tastes very fresh. Servings are generous. You can eat indoors or outside. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Be aware you must be a member or join the Southern Cross Club to eat here, and there is no member discount on fish and chips (but there is on other items from the adjoining cafe or brasserie). Highly recommended!

Come in and get the best fish they can offer. With coffee or tea, or any other drinks.
Really like the fish and chips here at the club. I think it’s better than their restaurant on the lake. Definitely worth a try. Regards @fooderarri
Just ordered takeaway. Serving was very disappointing. Not exactly worth $18 for the size of the fish or the serve of chips. Mega disappointed for the whole family. Hopefully the one by the Lake is better! Won’t be coming back to Jamison!
Friendly staff, food was delivered to the table quickly, the online ordering system is quite handy too. Steak sandwich would be better with less onion, aside from this no complaints about the food. It was fresh and tasty. The bathroom could do with a good scrub down. The dining hall had plenty of tables and wasn’t too noisy.
I don’t expect much at a club but was still disappointed. Salmon was overdone and dry, no lemon provided, salad dressing too sweet. Service was quick and competent, which salvaged the rating somewhat.
A good meeting place for “oldies”. Plenty of room for dining for individuals and large groups. Staff are very helpful.
It takes an incredible amount of time to receive your food.
