I recently had the pleasure of dining here, a fish and chip outlet located just a short drive from my home. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices.
I ordered the fish and chips, which came with a generous portion. The fish was perfectly cooked and the batter was light and crispy. The chips were also delicious and not greasy at all. I also tried the seafood salad, which was fresh and flavorful.
The prices are very reasonable. The fish and chips were only $13, and the seafood salad was only $8. You can also get a side of tartar sauce or BBQ sauce.
The staff were friendly and efficient. They took my order quickly and my food was ready in no time.
Overall, I was very impressed and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good fish and chip outlet near their home.

Conveniently located with good parking space. The fish burger was amazing…fluffy bun, crispy fish and filling. Do try!

Fish’N Out West is an absolute gem!
It’s so good that we go here for our Sunday family lunch all the time, my Mum even requested it yesterday for her birthday lunch – the fisherman’s basket is so good and their pineapple fritters are freaking delicious 🍍😋
Everything is always fresh, delicious, and perfectly cooked. The young man who runs the shop is so kind and friendly — his service really makes the place feel welcoming.

The fish and chips are GOOD, they did everything right, so you can taste the freshness of the fish – firm and flakey. The batter is crispy with ton of chips. The portion enough to feed the whole family 😁. And that’s only $13！！forget about the CBD non sense, if you’re around the neighbourhood, this is the place!
DoorDash let both us and Fish’n Out West down by marking our order as delivered when it never arrived. Even though the issue wasn’t their fault, Fish’n Out West took care of it without hesitation.
We placed our order at 6:26pm, and DoorDash marked it as delivered at 6:56pm. When we went down at 7:00pm to collect it, there was nothing there. We tried calling and messaging the driver but got no response. After searching for another 10 minutes with no luck, we contacted DoorDash and were told the issue had been “escalated”.
At around 7:30pm (right on closing time), we called Fish’n Out West. Ryley answered and was incredibly helpful. He cooked our order fresh and personally delivered it to us. Fixing a problem they didn’t cause and doing it so willingly says a lot about their service maturity. Good to see this kind of care from a local business. Will always have our support.
Tried this place out. Started of with an old school hamburger with cheese.. it was Amazing ..good size and quality beef (fresh mince) old school burger bun (thank God it wasn’t brioche) crunchy lettuce.. good amount of beetroot.. tomato and perfectly cooked onions. Had a few samplers to compliment it including thier home made potato scallops and calamari and fish cocktail. Everything was excellent including the service. Can’t wait to try the fish burger and steak sanga next.. 5 stars 🌟
Tried this fish and chips shop and honestly, everything was a winner. I ordered a plain beef burger and it was huge, juicy, and packed with flavour. The beef patty was thick and delicious, even bigger than the fresh bun. Absolutely awesome burger.
The potato scallops are made in house and you can taste the difference. The calamari was fat, tender, and incredibly tasty, and even the fish was perfect with a light, thin batter and fresh flavour.
What really made it even better was how friendly the owner and the guys working there were. Great service and a great vibe. I love supporting a small family owned business having a real go at doing things right.
Hands down, this place delivers proper old school quality. Everything I ate, and I ate quite a bit, was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu.
