Got the seafood basket and extra fish cocktails. The batter that they used is very crunchy and crispy, and this made it very oily (and hard to eat). Although the chips could have been more crunchy.
Echo the sentiments shared by the majority here, the batter was very crispy (which is awesome). However the batter to fish ratio were completely off. It tasted way too eggy and doughy to the point where it was not edible, I had half a fish cocktail and chucked the rest away. Also I would appreciate if they battered the fish with some gloves rather than their bare hands – the thought of their bare hands put me off eating their handmade sauces.
Wow this little joint is honestly amazing! I don’t know how it got such low reviews, but they’re objectively wrong. The Crispy Fish burger was perfect. The fish was soft and the batter was crispy. The salad was fresh, and the bun was too! The mayonnaise tastes homemade. Just a great fish burger. The Mixed Seafood Grill was sooo good as well. The calamari was cooked to perfection. So many places overcook it and it gets rubbery. Here it’s grilled perfectly. Octopus was great too, but I much preferred the calamari. The grilled Fish was just as good as it was on the burger. Nicely seasoned and then grilled. So good. And then to top it off the chips are great too. Man, the whole meal was just great. 10 stars!
Incredible fish and chips, I also got extra calamari. Definitely recommend getting a few of their home-made tartare sauce as well.
Self serve chicken salt if you like your chips extra salty. Food was fast and very fresh, exactly what you’re looking for when you think fish and chips by the beach.
My favorite fish & chips place! Yeah they do miss some orders once a while but love the fish they use:))

I popped in today and was seriously impressed. The fish was perfectly cooked—crispy batter, flaky inside—and the chips were golden, fresh, and not overly greasy. Everything tasted super fresh, and the portions were generous for the price.
The staff were welcoming and quick, even during the busy period, and the shop was clean and well-kept. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
If you’re craving proper, old-school fish and chips done right, this place is a winner. I’ll definitely be back! Emon is a amazing staff member highly recommended
Genuinely baffling how bad the service is. Aside from the general aloofness of ALL the staff, they seem to care more about turning the music up on their portable speaker than getting orders right. Serving 7 potato scallops when I ordered two barramundi is bizarrely horrific service. This brainless mix up might be toleratable if it didnt take them 25 minutes to whip up an order during a minimally busy time where I was the only customer.
Really great, everything was so fresh! I loved the salmon… I’ll be back!
