We just tried eating here today, loved it. Reasonable price, good portion, taste great. The seafood salad could use more celery for more crunch, but that’s just our preference. The chicken is still quite juicy and the seafood pack is great. We’ll definitely be back again.
Pasta salad is literally frozen solid on the inside, but are apparently made fresh daily?? It was served with dinner an hour after purchase and STILL frozen, so go figure. Called store as soon as it was noticed and was told it was normal, their fridges are just too cold. Umm lol ok… no thanks. Don’t like my pasta salads served as frozen chunks. And the chicken’s dry too 🙃 better off going to coles/woolies/costco for sure, where you know it’ll be stored at the correct monitored temp!
You can tell when new people have taken over because everything has changed from the staff to the food. The batter is so thick and disgusting, it use to be light and crispy. The chips are soggy and hardly any salt. Very disappointing. Won’t be returning again.
Excellent place to grab a good burger combo that’s old school that I grew up with in the 80’s and 90’s , none of those overpriced hyped up buttermilk bun shenanigans, friendly service . I don’t eat seafood so can’t rate them for that.
This shop does chicken and seafood takeaway style. Food is good and service is ok could improve a bit more. Nice chips, potato scallops and salads. The chicken is nice and so is the fish. Not too expensive so it’s budget friendly . Overall happy can’t complain . If you’re looking for a budget friendly meal give it a try.
Did not know it has changed owners we always bought food from there. But after tonight I would never buy from there again .the fish was all batter and scollaps where so hard .
