Awesome steak sandwich with salad, friendly staff. One of the best classics I’ve had in a while
This was disappointing and flavourless. Took 10mins before someone acknowledged us to place our order. Then told it would over 30mins for anything on the grill. We ordered 2 schnitzel burgers, 1 with tomato & cheese and were charged for it. Didn’t get the cheese though!? And to make matters worse the chips were over cooked in dirty oil. Should have gone to Macca’s instead…..
*in response to the owner* Not 1 of the 3 staff shouted out “hi sorry about the wait we’ll be with you shortly” which is the polite and professional response to being short staffed and very busy.
Whenever & wherever we travel our preference is always the small businesses, especially during these times, because usually the service comes with a genuine smile and delicious tasting food. It was just not the case here.
And yes “big name fast food restaurant chains” do make mistakes too, but I’ve never had to wait so long for a wrongly made, tasteless meal.

The two ladies are very friendly and the burgers were ready quickly .
The menu is large, but it’s cash or payid only so come prepared but it’s worth it.
My burger had just the right amount of firmness and sloppiness, just how a perfect works burger should be
Very disappointing a 45min wait which I wouldn’t have minded if the food was actually fresh but than to be served with overcooked frozen seafood. Batter was so thick I couldn’t eat the fish cocktails without pulling most the batter off to be left with a piece of fish the size of a chicken nugget. Calamari rings were like powder when you bit into them disgusting will never go back there again. Can’t believe you Serve frozen food when your shop is next to the ocean.

Very poor quality, we ordered some burgers they had no flavour were dry and the bread rolls were stale. Too long of wait. Chips looked re- heated and were dry too. Very disappointing, hopefully they can improve as it’s in a lovely spot

The lady who served our big group of 7 on Tuesday was so lovely & patient. Very generous serving of food. Loved the fish & chips & calamari rings. The 2 in the group who were vegetarians were also able to get some yummy potato scallops & veg burgers. Thank you 😊
